My Redbook siezed by feds – Update

prostitution, sex work
The indictment is out and you can see by looking at it the feds ( FBI and IRS) are totally following the money trail. They  have all the money transfers listed and all the assets. Seems you can make millions of dollars off escort advertising, but i already knew that. The people arrested had cash in banks, a couple of cars but no real property at least if they do it hasn't been found yet. I cant express enough how important it is to pay your taxes. If you deposit 10K or more into a bank, the bank will report that money to the IRS and eventually you will have to account for that money and if it doesn't match your income then you are in it deep with the…

Internet, prostitution, sex work
[caption id="attachment_1917" align="alignleft" width="300"] Not the sharpest tool[/caption]If you work for the President Of The United States and you bang hookers, it's probably not a good idea to create a secret Twitter account and taunt your bosses at the White House. It's an even worse idea to also have a second secret Twitter account where you prolifically talk about how you pay for sex. That is however what one person did. Then he got caught. Then he made national media. Like a dumbass. He created @NatSecWonk  (get it national security wonk..*eyeroll*) and he used that Twitter account to denigrate his bosses and anyone else in the political realm he felt like. I guess people in  national security circles and some journalist followed him. I guess he thought he was being…

[caption id="attachment_1876" align="alignleft" width="289"] Rage against the reviewer[/caption]Reviews, reviews, reviews.. It's all the rage to rage against reviews. Ok, I get it they are problematic but lets not forget that potential clients sometimes read them and use them when choosing an escort to see. We don't have to like that but it is a fact. Lets also not forget that as much as we may not be comfortable with reviews raging on men who use them from the ultra obsessive reviewer to the casual reader just makes us look like the crazy ones. I'm serious and I know that seems strange coming from me. The chick who in the last decade went to war with review culture and put my money where my mouth was by putting my actual working…

[caption id="attachment_1800" align="alignleft" width="300"] Yes, there will be hookers but will there be ballons?[/caption]I've written about hooker meet and greets  before, I'm sure this wont be the last time I write about them but let me say this loud and clear... Escort meet and greets are not safe! As further proof how these functions have taken a dive in the safety arena (they took a dive in the class arena long ago)  is the latest from New York Magazine "Johns Night Out" Where a reporter gains access to an "exclusive" meet and greet he heard about on the largest hooker review website out there, you know the one that boasts a bizillion reviews of escorts. A public notice was posted about the upcoming event and it appears the reporter asked…

Why Escorts.com shut down

prostitution, sex work
It was a favorite among touring girls and locals in smaller cities alike and a few months back when Escorts.com announced they were shutting down everyone speculated why. The parent company National A1 Advertising out of Pennsylvania (who also owns hot-movies) was recently raided and in the news. So rumors were rampant. the facts are no one knew why they were raided and which companies were involved and no one knew why the subsequent announced shut down of Escorts.com. That Is until now. It seems the good folks over at Escorts.com couldn't keep their noses clean and used the operation for money laundering. "A plea agreement filed Tuesday at U.S. District Court  in Williamsport, Pa., said the companies have agreed to forfeit nearly $5 million, pay a $1.5 million fine…
